I have really great memories of eating lunch at my Great-Grandma Elsa’s house and with no fail, she would always have Peanut Butter Cookies in her freezer for us! I found her recipe and made them for my Christmas Cookie Boxes this year! Her recipe calls for oil, which makes her cookies very thin and crisp! I hope you enjoy these crispy Peanut Butter Cookies as much as I do!

Ingredients you need:

Flour
Butter (or oil if you want a more crisp cookie)
brown sugar
Sugar
salt
peanut butter
eggs
baking soda

Vanilla!

How to make Crispy Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Whip the butter (or oil if you want more crispy cookies) eggs, sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter, and vanilla in a bowl.

2. Add the flour, salt and baking soda and mix well!!

3. Scoop cookies onto a baking sheet, and press down with a fork so it makes a criss-cross pattern. I use my tablespoon cookie scoop, and I swear by this utensil! It literally saves me so much time and I will never go back to using a spoon!

4. Bake at 375 for about 8 minutes.
