This is a simple Zucchini Banana Bread Recipe that is delicious, and flavorful! I adapted this recipe from one that I actually got from my church cookbook, and combined it with my Grandma’s Banana bread recipe!
What you need for Easy Zucchini Banana Bread
- Shredded Zucchini
- Loaf pans – I love these glass ones!
- Cinnamon & nutmeg
How to make Easy Zucchini Banana Bread
- The first thing to make easy zucchini banana bread, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Prepare two loaf pans by greasing them.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs well, then add the sugar, oil, grated zucchini, bananas, vanilla, and mix well!
3. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and baking soda. Then stir into the egg mixture
4. Add the option ingredients, nuts or chocolate chips, or both if you are feeling extra fancy!
5. Pour into the loaf pans, and bake for 50 min- 1 hour.
I love eating this bread fresh out of the oven, with a little bit of butter, SO delicious!!

- 1 Tbs Cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg

- ½ cup nuts (optional)
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
