Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Eggs
  • ⅓ cup Shortening
  • ⅓ cup Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1¾ cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbs Vanilla
  • 6 Tbs Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tbs Butter Melted
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Cream the butter, egg, shortening, and brown sugar together.
  • Add the cocoa powder, and melted butter and mix together.
  • Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla, and water and mix until combined.
  • Scoop onto a cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, depending on cookie size. For a 1 Tbs cookie scoop bake for 8 minutes.
