Blonde brownies are a vanilla twist on a classic dessert. But have no fear, they are just as delicious as their chocolate twin.
- ⅔ cup Butter (Melted)
- 2 cups Brown sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350°
Melt then butter
Add butter to a large bowl. Then add the brown sugar and eggs and mix.
Add to the mixture the salt, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla and flour and mix well.
Add in the chocolate chips and mix
Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan and spread evenly
Bake for 30-35 minutes
Allow the blonde brownies to cool and set for 20 minutes
