Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter you can use oil if you want a crispy cookie
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour

Instructions

  • Whip the butter (or oil) sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla in a mixer
  • Add the flour, salt, baking soda, and mix well
  • Scoop onto a baking sheet and use a fork to make a criss-cross pattern
  • Bake at 375 for 8 minutes. (if you want a crisper cookie bake for 10-11 minutes)
