Cream Cheese Pound Cake
Packed full of flavor, this not-too-sweet pound cake pairs perfectly with fresh berries and ice cream, or even enjoy it by itself!
Ingredients

(room temperature)

(8oz cream cheese room)
temperature
2 1/3
cups
sugar

eggs room temperature

cups
flour

tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and cream cheese. Gradually add sugar, beating
until light and fluffy, about 5-7 minutes
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Gradually add the flour, folding in one cup at a time. Mix just until blended. Stir in vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured bundt pan Bake at 300 ̊ for 1 1⁄2 hour,
Notes
You can mix up a glaze with powdered sugar, vanilla, and add milk until it is the consistency you like!
