- 2 ⅔ cups Flour
- 1 ½ cups Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Butter
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 1 ½ cups Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla
Topping
- ⅔ cups Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbs Cinnamon
In a bowl add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly. Make a well in the center.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg and vanilla until the egg is frothy. About 1-2 minutes. Then add the milk into the egg mixture.
Pour the egg mixture into the well of the flour mixture. Stir the batter just enough to bring it all together. Do not overmix.
Pour into a greased or parchment lined 9x13 pan.
Prepare the topping in a bowl, mixing brown sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle over the top!
Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes.
