A classic apple crisp recipe that stands the test of time, and can be easily adjusted to be everyones favorite!

Ingredients
1/2cupsugar
1tbscornstarch
3/4tspcinnamon
1/4cuplemon juice
6cups sliced(about 3 large apples)
Topping
1cupquick oats
1/2cupflour
1/3cupbrown sugar
1/4tspnutmeg
1/3cupmelted butter
Instructions
Preheat over to 350 degrees F
Slice 3 large apples and mix together with sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, lemon juice. Add the apples into a cast iron skillet that is oven-safe.
In a separate bowl, mix together quick oats, flour, brown sugar, nutmeg, and melted butter. Layer this mixture over the apples in the skillet.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown!

This recipe is so easy to make, and can be adjusted to anyones liking. Sometimes I will add in some other berries to give it a mixed berry flavor, or even add a scoop of ice cream on top. Recipes like this are so easily adaptable!
