Simple Banana Bread

The winter weather is coming in here in the PNW, and nothing tastes better than simple banana bread fresh out of the oven.
Ingredients
½
cup
Butter
(room temperature)
2
cups
Sugar
2
Eggs
1
cup
Milk
1
tsp
Vanilla
1
tsp
Baking Soda
2
tsp
Baking Powder
1
tsp
Cinnamon
3
cups
Flour
3
Bananas
(Mashed)
Nuts
(optional)
Chocolate Chips
(optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375
In a large bowl, cream the butter
Add the sugar and eggs to the butter and mix well! Then add the vanilla and the milk
Add the flour, cinnamon, and baking powder, and baking soda, to the egg mixture and mix well!
Fold in the bananas.
Bake in 2 full size loaf pans that are well greased for 45 min- 1 hours at 375 ̊ or until the middle is no longer gooey.
Notes
If you are adding chocolate chips, I like to sprinkle them on the top of the batter after it is in the loaf pans!
