The Best Fudge Recipe

This fudge recipe has more depth of flavor than traditional fudge recipes becuase of a few magic ingredients! I promise that this will be the richest, creamiest, chocolaty-ist, the best fudge you ever had!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 4 cups Semi-sweet choc. chips (two 12 oz packages)
  • 1 large jar Marshmallow cream (one 13 oz jar or two 7 oz jars)
  • 6 tbs butter (room temperature)
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 can Evaporated milk (12 oz can)

Instructions 

  • Prepare a large bowl by adding the chocolate chips, marshmellow, butter salt and vanilla.
  • Boil sugar and evaporated milk - once it reaches a rolling boil, set a time for 5 minutes and have it in the rolling boil for 5 min. Be sure to stir constantly or it will burn
  • After the 5 minute rolling boil, pour over other ingredients large bowl
  • Stir until everything is incorporated and it is smooth
  • Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Refridgerate once it reached room temperature
